Secure return of your box

When you need your box and belongings returned, simply give us a call to arrange a convenient delivery time. We require one week notice for retrieval and return of your box to your location.

How is Box2You different from traditional self-storage?

We save you all the time and hassle of traditional self-storage by bringing the storage to you!

No matter where you are in the Riverina, we will deliver to your home, office, business, or warehouse. Rather than booking a unit at a storage facility and having to arrange your own transport of goods with a trailer or van, Box2You brings a storage box direct to your door.

Typically, your storage box is placed inside your property boundary, on a driveway or lawn area.

Pack your items at your own pace and then when you are ready, book a pick-up with our support team. Your box will then be picked up and stored securely at our local storage facility.

How much can I store in a box?

You can load up to one tonne in each box, through a large door that provides easy access.

Our boxes have the following external dimensions, 2.4m x 1.5m x 2.4 (height). The internal dimensions are a little less, measuring Internal 2.3mL x 1.4m x 2.1m (height).

Our boxes are fully enclosed and built from pine and plywood timber, with the floor of the box raised above the ground. Breathable pine timber absorbs moisture, reducing the risk of condensation and mould or mildew building up.

Additionally, each box is protected with a highly durable, weather-proof cover.

Our boxes have a hinged door and secure locking system. Most clients will supply their own padlock for guaranteed safety or alternatively we can supply you with a padlock for a fee. At the end, this will be yours to keep and own with both keys.

What are the ongoing costs?

Details of our pricing are shown here – Our Rates. There are no hidden costs, we simply charge a monthly rate, with initial and return of box fees. If you are storing with us for 3 months or more, only one delivery fee will apply.

You will receive a completely empty and recently cleaned box, to ensure you can immediately start packing!

Are my belongings safe?

Based in Wagga, our storage facility is safe and secure, ensuring the protection of your belongings. At our secure site, your boxed belongings are in safe hands and will be well looked after. All boxes are protected from all weather conditions with storage in our flood protected and secure storage warehouse.

You can rest assured your box will be securely stored, ready for retrieval and delivery to you whenever you request it.

Please note, that you should always have your goods covered by insurance. The goods you place in a self-storage space are yours and remain your sole responsibility. You should always have them covered by insurance. Your goods are not insured by the self-storage facility. Check with your company’s insurance provider to see if your coverage already has a provision for items stored off site – you may already be covered.

How does box2you work exactly?

We provide details step by step below, so there won’t be any surprises.

Contact

Simply give us a call or email us to arrange a booking for the delivery of your mobile self-storage box.  At this time, you will be asked to pay a deposit over the phone.

Delivery

We will bring your box to your door, home, office, property, or warehouse.  Billing commences from the drop-off date.

Pack

Take your time to pack your box at your convenience.  When everything is packed, you can lock up your box.

Pickup

When you are ready, give us a call and we’ll collect your box, for delivery to our secure storage facility.   With your permission, we can collect your box, even if you are not at home.

Store

We store your box for an agreed monthly rate for as long as you need it stored at our secure storage facility.

Return

When you need your box returned, give us a call to arrange delivery at a convenient time.  We need one week notice.

Pickup Return

When you have unpacked your belongings, we will pick up your empty box at an agreed time.  See you next time!
